Last week, a lady called to our Castletroy store with keys which she had found in a church in the Limerick area. All she had recognised on the keys was a Garrett’s Rewards Club keyring tag.
When this lady presented us with the keys in our Castletroy store, we were able to enter the tag number into our Rewards Club system and contact the lady who had lost her keys.
This lady was just delighted, as all her keys were on this bunch and she was frantic looking for them and was just about to call the locksmith to get all the locks in her house and garage changed. Her car keys were also on this bunch of keys.
She was absolutely relieved to get this call from Tracey in our Castletroy store.
So folks, joining Garrett’s Rewards Club has extra added benefits that we had not even thought of and I am delighted to say that this story had a happy ending and everyone was smiling!
